A BUYER'S AGENT is a real estate agent who strictly represents YOU, the BUYER. I represent buyers exclusively and my sole objective is to ensure that the best interests of YOU, the homebuyer, are protected.
What does a Buyer Agent do?
As your Buyer's Agent, I will consult with you by phone or in person to develop a more in-depth understanding of your needs. I will begin to work on a customized itinerary focused on touring you through each community, model center, or home that meets your requirements. As a local resident for more than four decades, you can count on me for local knowledge about new homes, builder reputations, local schools, banks, and more. I look forward to assisting you with your home selection, including acquiring and interpreting information about the property and its condition. Next, I will help you, the homebuyer, arrive at a realistic offer for the property and assist you in planning a negotiating strategy. You will receive my assistance in finding financing options available to you. It is my job to manage the entire transaction guiding you, the homebuyer, through the intricate paperwork of a real estate transaction and helping to ensure that your closing stays on schedule. I know how to do all the legwork and paperwork to make your home purchase go as smoothly as possible, so you can concentrate on more important things.

All fees are paid by the SELLERS in the form of previously negotiated co-broker and listing agreement. Working with me, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
It's important that I be involved at the outset of your discussions with any builder, and that you identify me as your agent at your first contact with any on-site salesperson. Don't "register" without me! Remember, the builder's sales force has sold hundreds of homes and they're looking out for the builder’s best interests, not yours. However, I am looking out for your best interests at ALL times.
